Complaint of discriminating contents:

The complaint has to contain the following information and to comply with the following form:

- A declaration that and which incriminating contents are / have been situated on the website and how and why they are infringing.
- The complete URL where the incriminating contents can be seen.
- The kind of work and the work title.
- Name, address and –if existing- e-mail address of the claimant.
- More details of the incriminating contents (e.g. publishing date, publisher, etc.).
- The country for which the complaint should be alleged.
- A declaration that the person that complains is personally aggrieved respectively has the right to take legal action against the incriminating contents.
- The signature of the person that complains respectively in case of an electronic reproof a scanned signature or a valid electronic signature.
- A declaration of the accuracy of all given information.
For the raising of further claims, the person that complains has to refer to the user who has published the affected content on the website. The person that complains is informed that a false statement or an intentional deceit concerning an infringement of trade mark rights can have legal ramifications. In particular, PORTFOLIOPOOL can claim compensations for damages.
